Customer Service provides the following services:

• respond to telephone and written inquiries of the subjects of data
• processes and prepares a written responses from the SOLUS registers
• responds to client queries regarding incoming SMS in terms of content
• handles submissions from the data subjects in the event of irregularities in the Registers of the interest association of legal persons SOLUS
